"Vienas ir vienintelis pliusas, gera vieta ir ganėtinai patogi lova"

"Neįsivaizduoju, kaip tai galima vadinti viešbučiu. Geriausiu atvėju, tai svečių namai. Registratūra randasi visai kitur, negu patys kambariai. Kambariai netvarkingi, purvina patalynė, purvinos grindys. Vietos labai labai mažai. Vaizdas pro langus į kažkokį šiukšlyną ir sienas... Kambariuose labai karšta, neįmanoma miegoti, buvo pastatytas ventiliatorius, bet jis sulūžęs ir pučia labai silpnai... kaina labai labai didelė ir neatitinkanti realybės. Niekam nerekomenduočiau."

It was cold in Bratislava, so after wandering around the city and having dinner at a restaurant, we returned to the hotel, rested a bit, and went to bed early. At 11:30 PM, my wife woke up to the light in the hallway and the door to our room opening. She panicked and started waking me up. A surge of adrenaline, a racing heart... Burglars? Nope. After checking the hallway, we saw that someone had indeed entered, but all our things were still there. In the morning, we discovered that we had been mistakenly assigned a late check-in. The apology was sparse, but the breakfast was very good. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, of course! The service is very high-quality, but the training of the staff is a common issue, and empathy is truly lacking in many hotels these days. And this incident is not a problem, but a good reminder of our visit to the city."
