Klockargården Hotel from 1937 offers tastefully decorated rooms in preserved timber houses surrounded by tranquil gardens. Lake Siljan is 1 km away. The individually decorated rooms at Klockargården are furnished in a style that is typical for the Dalarna region. All include cable TV, a work desk and WiFi access. The in-house restaurant serves traditional dishes based on local produce in a cosy atmosphere. Traditional thin bread is baked in Bagarstugan from 1816, while Nostalgiboden sells local food and old-fashioned sweets. During winter, guests can enjoy sleigh tours around the villages and skating on Lake Siljan. Rättvik town centre is a 15-minute drive away. Free parking is available on site.

"Lovely breakfast with homemade bread, delicius. Beautiful houses and seaside view. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable with an extra heater in it."
"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."
