"اعجبني نظافة الغرفه وتوفر اغلب احتياجات الغرفه ونظافة الفرش"
"وصلت الساعة 2 الظهر وحصلت في الاستقبال شخص من الجنسية ( الهنديه ) وقلت عندي حجز بوكينج كذبني وقال لا يوجد غرف ووريته الحجز وما زال مصر الى ان كلمت مديره (مصري )الجنسيه قال تعال الساعه 4 و ملزم اني اسكنك خرجت وجيت الساعه 4 ونص قال نفسه الهندي فضت غرفه لكن لسى ما نظفناها يعني من الساعه 2 الظهر للساعه 4 ونص ولم يتم تسكيني.. قلت نظفها وخذ حسابك وبجي بعد ساعتين جينا في الحساب قالي كم المبلغ علمته بالمبلغ كذبني مرة اخرى فدخلت على بوكينج ووريته السعر وطلع أقل من المبلغ اللي انا قايله يعني انا كنت معطيه مبلغ اعلى من البوكينج وكذبني يقول الاجار أكثر من كذا .. لذلك اتمنى من ادارة الشقق وضع ناس اكفاء لتعامل مع الزبون مو يضعون لي شخص يكذب النزيل في كل كلمه يقولها .. وغير هذا وجدت 3 صراصير صغيره الاول في السيب اللي بين الاجنحة باتجاه غرفتي الثاني امام الحمام أعزكم الله الثالث داخل الحمام لا اعلم هل هي تأتي من خارج الشقة ام من الصفايه حقت الحمام أرجو الاهتمام من هذي الناحيه لأجل راحة النزيل وكسب ثقة العميل. الكرسي الافرنجي يحتاج الا نظافة اكثر بعد مغادرة النزيل لابد على تشديد عمال النظافه من هذي الناحيه.. وشكرا"
