"Cleanliness, value for money, well maintained and a great location with dedicated parking slots. Owner Dr. Saud is very friendly and a gem of a person to deal with. I felt at home staying in his apartment. It has all the basic amenities for any duration of stay and kitchen is well equipped."
"There is nothing i did not like but a few suggestions that could complete the setting and provisions. 1. Hanging hooks in the washrooms 2. Floor mop/viper in the attached wc in the master bedroom. 3. Tiles need to be fixed for master bedroom and living area. 4. Washing machine especially for long duration stay."

"It was one of the best accommodation I have stayed in a while. Excellent location with good restaurants close enough in a 3-4 km radius like olive restaurant and 7ribs and Albaik. Very neat and clean with almost every thing of daily use was available. Comfortable beds along with all amenities in the washroom including iron and iron stand. Kitchen with almost all the daily use utensils were available. Even drinking water was available and chocolates which my children enjoyed :) thanks. Also it was spacious with one king bed and 4 separate beds. Hot and cold running water availability and new AC with heat and cold was working excellent. The owner was all time available on WhatsApp with excellent English communication skills. He was very respectful and helpful so special thanks to him. I will definitely stay at the same place on my next visit to Abha."
