"Best part was the indoor swimming pool which was very warm and we had no issues to use it in Winter (Jan). It was best for Kids enjoyment. Mr Ram was helpful with a smiling face always. I was provided extra mattress and blankets for my kids. The first day had electricity power failure for several hours but that was not the mistake of the staff as it was power failure for the whole region of abha/khamis/jazan and surrounding areas. During that time, Mr Ram provided us with candles and kept on updating us on the matter"

"Furniture was old and the Location was a bit far and you have to drive for atleast 7 minutes to get to any shop/restaurants."

"1. Private Swimming pool in side the room 2. Private parking slot in side the room 3. TV and other amenity was perfectly working 4. Mattress are soft enough for the perfect sleep 5. Location was isolated from the city limit and very calm area with zero disturbance. 6. Select this room if you like to spend more time in room rather than hang around."

"1 -الإستقبال والترحيب 2 - قريب من جميع الأماكن المشهورة والسياحية 3 - هدوء المكان 4 - يوجد موقف خاص لكل شاليه"

"1- بعيد من الجمعيات والأسواق حيث يجب عليك الذهاب بسيارة وتستغرق المسافة من 8 إلى 15 دقيقة وذلك بسبب المرتفعات الخطرة ونزلات في الشوارع الداخلية 2 - المسبح في الشاليه يجب اخذ الحظر فالبداية 80 cm وفي النهاية 165 cm وذلك للأطفال 3 - لايوجد غسالة ملابس يجب توفير هذا الشي حيث انه مطلب أساسي للعوائل 4 - قلة أواني الطعام"

"Location is good, quiet and relaxing roads away from main road but near to every facilities just 2 min drives If you are looking near to Haram for about 15 min drives, this will be a place for you Why I said 15 min because near haram roads are narrowed now a days due to construction, else it is very near to Haram if you have your own car."

"In general, I had a good stay in Gelnar Upscale Hotel. The staff showed an awesome effort to help me, even they don't speak English. One of staff from Indonesia helped me a lot to solve the check-in issue when the internet connection did not work on my phone. Thank you so much. The location of this hotel to the prophet mosque is about 5-10 minutes by shuttle bus, which they provided, but the shuttle bus schedule is not 24h. It departs from hotel to the mosque several times before shalah time, but returns to the hotel only after shubuh prayers time, dhuhr prayer, and isha prayer."
