"Excellent place to stay in Fayfa. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views from the terrace are incredible. There’s a great restaurant just 10-15mins walk away. Nothing more we could wish for."

"I booked the room with mountain view. But they have given that room for other persons and the cost is SAR 350/- per day. However, they have given the room with 2 single bed room for same price as went with family. Therefore, i was struggle to sleep in that property. Also, there is no proper washroom and shower area. No sink tap (please refer the attached photos). I felt like wasted a day with this property. Therefore, i would like request to booking.com to remove your list and i’m looking for refund for that one day as SAR 350/-. Note that, my friend got the room with king size bed for SAR 250/- per night. Please consider my humble request."
