"1- The resort consists of three main sections each is different from another in terms of availability of some facilities (waterpark, Jacuzzi) I got the one without the water park which is not as per the advertised picture. 2-I lost three important hours due to staff were fixing an issue in water heater (it was not working) for the Jacuzzi & without any offer from the facility management to compensate the loose. 3- The swimming pool doesn’t have water heater and it’s super cold, I couldn’t swim due to this reason."
