Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Gera lokacija. Namas senas, autentiškas. Jis visas tarsi kvėpuoja senove:) Naktį vaikas išsigando garsų, kaip pelytės krebždesio garsas. Didelis butas name, tvarkingai įrengtas, švarus, balkonas. Virtuvėje viskas, ko reikia, išskyrus pjaustymo lentelę ir orkaitę, yra. Šeimininkas labai malonus ir linksmas žmogus, bendraujantis su šypsena. Labai jam ačiū už somer card kortelę. Ji suteikia nemokamus objektų lankymus ir įvairias pramogas buvimo laikotarpiu. Tik yra sąlyga, kad viena atrakcija per dieną, jei tai to paties partnerio pasiūlymas. Bet mes per dvi dienas pasinaudojome nemokamu Krimlio krioklio ir Grosglockner kelio lankymu (skirtingi partneriai, todėl abu per vieną dieną nemokami) ir kitą dieną Panoramabahn keltuvu. Labai minkštas miegamojo lovos čiužinys. Kai kam gal tai privalumas🙂 Miegamajame stoglangis ir jei lyja lietus, naktį neatsidarysi, tuomet karšta. Svetainėje norėtųsi sofos ir kokio foteliuko patogiai ilsėtis vakare prie TV. Suolas nepatogu. Virtuvėj reikia pjaustymo lentelės. Vakare atidarius balkoną, priskrido uodų ir sukandžiojo. Gal reiktų tinklelio nuo vabzdžių. Bet visa tai smulkmenos. Pagal kainą ir kortelės privalumus viskas puiku!🙂👍

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

Everything was lovely!

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"
