"The staff at the reception was awful not helping or guiding properly,The day we check in he didn't even guide us to our room we wandered half hour before we found our room and every time we asked at the reception to call us a taxi they wouldn't and tell us to call auber ourselves when repeatedly told them we don't have the App no response was given,I think the reception staff definitely need replacing otherwise every one was really good and helpful including the porters"

"Great bed and value for money. in lively neighbourhood with lots of small restaurants. Subway is not super close but easily walkable. I walked to subway several times a day. Alsomany supermarkets incl very large one ( hyper lulu next to subway station Bin Mahmoud). I liked thebreakfast in the restaurant on the roof. Very happy i did not book a hotel in West Bay where apart from one mall there are only skyscrapers and asphalt.Nearly impossible to walk around in West Bay. I recommend the Asian restaurant right next to the entrance of La Maison. I ate there several times"

"Breakfast is good, especially daily spicy omelette made for me, but not great.. The bed was great, ie matress, linen etc but furniture slightly worn down. But given value for money very acceptable."
