"Perfect location and I had a balcony which I loved. My room was on the 4th floor and super spacious. Really nice with the glasses too. Breakfast was absolutely incredible - sooo many options and foods and everything seemed fresh. Def worth doing a breakfast there cause even if you go out, the space is nicer here and the selection is enormous."

"You could hear some noise from the other hotel guests but not really a big deal. Breakfast was a bit annoying cause the staff did always check if the food was stocked but they also talked quite a lot and loudly (maybe they were training new staff) and it was distracting in the morning since most of the hotel guests were eating in silence so we could overhear everything"

"It wasn’t a problem for me, but the rooms are not big enough for two people to stay comfortable in my opinion, maybe it was just mine, but it was a struggle to get round the bed etc and I’m only 5 ft 2. My heating system was very loud!"

"Fabulous location within easy walking of the main part of Lisbon. Amazing breakfast- we only had the hotel breakfast on our last day - wished we had done so for our whole stay. A modern hotel even though in a heritage building."

"The hotel was very comfortable. The location was excellent for Comercial Square and the New Years Eve fireworks, which was why we booked the hotel. The breakfasts were really good, with plenty of hot and cold choices and the availability of omelette or poached egg on request. It was quite expensive, not surprising for that time of year, but we would stay there again."

"The only negative is that cleaning of our room always seemed to be underway, when we returned mid afternoon from our morning and lunch out. But it was dealt with, while we waited in the hotel lounge area."

"The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, and the gentle specificly shared with us the seafood restaurant options. It's the best locatiom to stay if you would explore the main historical areas by walking (except Alfama). Highly recommended."

"I spent a 4 nights here travelling solo. I loved my time here at Vincci - with great central location close to everything shops, restaurants, main attractions, etc. The staff were friendly and very accommodating as I requested for a specific room on a higher floor prior to my arrival and the staff have kindly granted my request. The rooms were kept cleaned everyday by the lovely ladies of housekeeping - with fresh towels, bed being made and replenished any used amenities which was a nice touch. The rooms were modern and clean with great working amenities also worth to mention great WiFi connection throughout the property. I also liked the fact that it was a smaller boutique type hotel with I believe only over 60 rooms so it felt very nice and cosy. Many thanks again Team Vincci Baixa. I will definitely come back to this place again for my next visit!"

"My room 606 did not have heathing and night temperatures in town were below 10 degrees, so if I opened the room window to get some air, in the room became cold. I could not get the room heated as all the time the ventilator blowed cold air from the vented radiator. I asked at the reception (on Sunday) and the next day they said the maintenece service man was in the room to fix it, and said that all is OK and that it should be waited for some time for warm air to come. I was 4 days in the hotel, with heathing switched on 27 degrees, and there was no warm air coming. Maybe it must be waited for more then 4 days for warm air to come, or maybe hotel should not wait to change serviceman. If not for this malfunction, all other would be perfect. Like this, I do not feel my stay was a good value for money."
