"This is a very good budget option for a stay in Lisbon. We had a triple room with a bathroom and it was quite spacious. The location is convenient for the airport and most tourist attractions, right next to a metro station. There was room cleaning and new towels every day. The receptionists are nice and helpful."

"The lack of air-conditioning can be a problem in hot weather. The hostel is located in a busy street and you hear the noises if you sleep with the window open. We somehow got used to it."

"I stay there for a week and I must say I was stunned buy clean standards. I was afraid and was sceptical about shared toillets and bathrooms but it was exceptionally clean. Plus, people who are working there are kind and even though their english is far from good, they will meet your needs. 100% recommendation."

"The staff was so nice. The Residential has a metro station in front and bus stations, it's near the center and takes just 10 - 15 minutes walking. The area looks safe. What I liked the most is that the place is just as shown in the pictures, not less not more. They are completely honest in the description."

"I felt bad about the owner because doesn't matter the time you arrive from the street, you ring the bell and the wake up to open the gate for you. So, they keep waking up all the night long. I wish the could install a system that allows them to rest more."
