"Personalo darbas 10/10, jautiesi, jog tavimi tikrai rūpinasi ir nori suteikti kuo geresnę patirtį apsistojant čia. Paslaugumas, draugiškumas, puikus aptarnavimas, tai tikrai labai prisidėjo prie gero įspūdžio."

"Galbūt tikėjomės geresnės paties viešbučio kokybės, kadangi matosi, jog jis kiek senesnės statybos, seni baldai ir pan. Bet palaikoma švara ir aptarnavimas atperka tai."

"Brekfast was excellent & plenty of it. I tried Evening Dinner, on arriving the first night - which was excellent & very tasty. Room was excelllent, spacious, plenty of Room, Cable/ Satellite TV, with enough Channels. Pool was fine - & Staff gave me a Towel, for the Pool. Staff (Catering Staff & Reception Staff) were always very nice, friendly & very helpful - they always took the time & patience to put themselves out, to help & advise me, on Mass times, in the various Churches, in Funchal - the appropriate Bus Stops & Route Numbers - for various locations, in the City (& elsewhere) - & to give me info, on the Gardens & the Levadas etc (They also gave me Brekfast in my Room, for very early Departure Time, on my last Day. Quiet too."

"If I'm quibbling, then perhaps some of the Mosaic Tiles in the Pool came off & might need fixing"

"The hotel is located near the beautiful beach with black volcanic sand, and my balcony had a spectacular view on the ocean. Very friendly stuff, the room was clean and well furnished, it was calm and cozy there. The road to the beach is quite steep on some sections, but it was a good exercise to make it several times a day"

"Nothing I disliked"

"The hotel is in a calm area, not too many tourists around. There are several bus stops nearby, so you can be in the city center in 20-25min. The beach and ocean is near to the hotel, only some minutes walk. The staff in the hotel was always friendly, helpful and kind. The room I stayed in had a view to the ocean which was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"I think the hotel is not a 4star hotel. It could be a bit renovated (the carpet had marks on it, the furnitures were old). The breakfast was nice, I loved the fruits, but usually the cheese/omlette were always the same. Not too many vegetables were offered."

"It was beautiful I loved it the hotel decor the staff very very cheerful and when I checked in I don't use lifts the reception staff got another staff member to bring me to my room"
