"A perfect hotel. The building is a modern restoration and upgrade of a 19th-century hotel, ideally placed on Piotrkowska Street. Spacious, sleek, and elegant without being flashy. I especially liked the generous use of different stone finishes. The best spa facilities I’ve ever seen. An exceptional wet bath and swimming pool, fully clad in marble. Staff were outstanding — helpful, engaged, and genuinely kind, without the scripted corporate chatter. We felt truly cared for. And there was even a decent vegan breakfast option. Uheard of."
