"I like the top view of Casa Vibrant City Center; it is great for watching fireworks. The window has an unobstructed view, with no buildings blocking the city lights. I also like the cooking area—even though it is small, it has complete facilities that I needed for Noche Buena. The owner is accommodating; I requested an earlier check-in, and she permitted it."
