"Amazing house in a spectacular location - we are so happy we chose to stay here. Absolutely everything was perfect, I wish it will be possible to return one day! The house has all you need for a wonderful vacation in Olden, Loen, Stryn (30min drive) area."

(There were even wild strawberries growing on the shed roof and picnic benches on waterfront shore). Very helpful friendly owner came to see if everything was OK after we checked in. "It was an amazing apartment, best in our trip. The outhouse sitting and the lake view were the highlights. Multiple seating outside benches by the lake, a seperate fireplace area outside etc. It was a very good stay as it was right in the midst of nature. The outlook of the house was also great with swings, slide and personal trampoline for the kids."

"It was amazing, a historic house fully renovated and overwhelming comfy in the Norwegian "nowhere" with hosts who really care of their guests, prepared many lovingly things and information. Our stay was way too short to try hikes in the wood or using the raw boat. This is an absoluty "yes, anytime again"!"

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."
