Pusryčių meniu puikus, tačiau, nors pusryčiams yra bent 4 salės, vieną iš dienų, buvo pilna svečių, buvome paprašyti viduryje pusryčių, pereiti į kitą salę, nes ši bus ruošiama pietums. Tai teko persikelti į "balkoną" atsigerti rytinės kavos... Taip nutiko ir kitiems svečiams. Labai geros lovos ir miela patalynė"

"Norisi išlikti pozityviu, nors pastabos, kartais, gali pagerinti kitų lūkesčius, tai pastebėsiu, kad WC su dušo kabina patalpa buvo mažesnė nei 1,5x1,5 m, kas stambesniam nei vidutinio sudėjimo žmogui, sudaro rūpesčio net atlikti "gamtos" reikalus... Vieną iš dienų kambarinė, matyt, pamiršo užeiti į kambarį, o to reikėjo. Retai nutinka, tačiau užsikirto durų spyna ir 15min teko laukti, kol keli meistrai atidarys duris. Ir pasikartosiu, kad dėl nesuprantamų priežasčių, bet pusryčiams atrodytų kad yra per maža vietos."

"Great location, comfortable beds and quite a nice breakfast buffet for Norwegian standards. Very friendly and accomodating staff members. The spa is newly renovated and lovely, it has to be booked and paid for in advance, but this is a positive, to ensure it never gets overcrowded."

"We like to sleep in a very cold room, unfortunately the air conditioning struggled to bring down the temperature to our desired level. This is however a problem in most Norwegian hotels."

"Very nice hotel in the town centre, combining old-world charm with luxurious comfort. Spacious and well-appointed rooms with all modern amenities. Superb breakfast with a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. Nice, fairly large gym, well equipped."

"The bathroom is somewhat small. The pillows are quite uncomfortable, too soft for my liking."

"It cost extra money to access the Sauna (over 800k) whereas most hotels offer it for free. There was no kettle in the room so unable to make tea and no basic amenities like milk."

"Location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to National Theatre station, close to shops and Christmas markets, 15 minutes walk to the harbour. Breakfast was fabulous. Glad we booked it as we weren’t hungry for most of the day."
