"The food was fantastic at the onsite restaurant. The hotel is quaint, the staff friendly. The hotel is small and intimate which leads to a friendlier atmosphere amongst the patrons. Henry the activities coordinator was fantastic. The pool was lovely, and the lagoon in front of the hotel was beautiful, although protected, it was sometimes too rough to get in and out of safely, if you are of an age..."

"As the hotel is older our room had an air conditioner that was adequate but difficult to control. The toilet did not flush well. The refrigerator door could wake the dead when you opened it lol. There were two stovetop burners that had to be lit by a match which was something one doesn't have to do often, but they worked. A lighter would have been better as the humidity made the matches provided difficult to light."

"The room was abit dirty and extremely humid. The decor is heavily outdated and it is a pity that the terrace is made of concrete blocking the actual ocean view, even though you are right on the ocean."

"Great location, easy to bus into town.. great staff.. Quiet hotel, everything closes by 10:00pm or so.. not a party place which is nice.. Good fishing in front of beach."
