"The room was lovely with a great bed. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. Tea and coffee facilities although with the gorgeous bakery below- you don’t need to use them. Very helpful staff."

"The location can't be beat. It's so close to Parque Espania and Parque Mexico as well as lots of restaurants and other amenities in Condesa. I also liked that the access to the hotel was monitored at all times and that you had to be buzzed in. Note that there is a bar on the main floor of the building which is very loud but we couldn't hear it from our room (#25) which is on the third floor (they call it the 2nd floor) facing the back of the building. Just something to keep in mind in case your room is facing the street, it could get noisy."

In addition to the very clean and comfortable beds, towels, shining room and bathroom, there are wonderful hot water 7/24, large wardrobes in wide rooms, English speaking receptionists which are “rare” in Mexico city. We found all in this hotel. Nevertheless, our receptionist Maria made our trip a wonderful experience for us. Our questions before and during the stay were replied immediately and supportively. We would like to thank you Maria in the first place, and the cleaning ladies, as well as the whole receptionists."

"The property is quite close to Centro, which makes it convenient to explore the area. There’s a small convenience shop located just outside, and a great restaurant nearby. Location is excellent - just a few steps away from the park as well."

"Solid, simple place off the main Plaza. If you're taking a taxi from the airport the location is an easy reference. The small plaza is not too noisy aside from general street sounds, which to my mind add to it's charm."
