House is large and decorated beautifully having recently been renovated. Huge refrigerator for those who want to cook. The special touches/gifts on arrival were wonderful, thank you! "It was a wonderful stay with marvellous views and the sounds of nature. Up on the hill ridge, not far from Vauclin, la Maison Soleil offers a well equiped bungalow and what I found especially convenient was that the owners even had thought of some groceries for the evening and the first breakfast. "The location is very good if you want to drive around and the the island (particularly the south). Being on a hill, the view is stunning, and there weren't many mosquitoes, which meant we could have dinner and breakfast on the veranda undisturbed. The neighbourhood is quiet, so no noise at night. The room has air conditioning. The hosts live next door, were discreet and helpful."
