"Brand new apartment with very convenient furniture, fully equipped with all necessary items for long-term stay. Availability of dishwashing and laundry machine is huge advantage. Private parking is also a great benefit, since it's a huge issue to find a vacant parking place in Budva.Will definitely come back again in the future!"

"Замечательная квартира, очень уютная, чистая, приятно находиться, ощущаешь себя как дома, очень комфортно. Мне очень важен дизайн в мягких и теплых тонах, в котором ощущаешь уют и при этом присутствует функциональность. Есть абсолютно все необходимое, как для краткосрочного пребывания , так и для длительного. Утюг, гладильная доска, пылесос, принадлежности. А также же абсолютно все кухонные приборы и духовка. Достаточно шкафов для размещения одежды. Месторасположение тоже отличное, напротив дома супермаркет, аптека, спортзал и множество ресторанов и кафе разной кухни, есть парковочное место. Не слышно шумов с улицы, спится спокойно, соседей не слышно. Владелец жилья очень доброжелателен и отзывчив, спасибо за гостеприимство😔🙌🏼"

"A modern and cozy apartment with everything you need for a long stay: a dishwasher, a washing machine with a dryer (that’s really rare!), an iron, an oven, big TV. A very beautiful view from the window 😍 The host was really friendly and answered our messages very fast. The location is really great, 10-15 minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants are close."

"The apartment was not so clean when we moved with a lot of dust, and unfortunately this is a popular problem in Budva 😭 There was a loud sound from the hotel nearby, but we managed to ask them to make it more quiet. Some things in the apartment were already broken, like a shower where water didn’t go away well, lamp that didn’t work."

"Отличные апартаменты, даже лучше чем на фото, оборудованная кухня, стильная гостиная и спальня. Все чисто. Заселение без проблем, еще и парковка у дома. Вокруг магазины и кафе, море рядом."

"Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gastgeber hilfreich und kommunikativ. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert kontaktlos. Parkplatz tatsächlich vorhanden (in Budva ziemlich relevant). Lage zentral. Wifi vorhanden."

"Die Lage ist zentral, nah an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber eines Hotels. Daher kann es Nachts etwas lauter sein. Das Bett ist recht hart."

"Prostran apartman i odlično opremljen. Poseduje veš mašinu, mašinu za sudove, pravi šporet sa rernom, peglu, bukvalno sve što je čoveku potrebno ne samo za desetak dana odmora, već za život. Domaćini ljubazni i sve je bilo po dogovoru. Za ljude koji putuju kolima treba da obrate pažnju na parking. Domaćin je jasno stavio "Javni parking". Zaista da pored apartmana nalazi parking, ali vam vlasnik apartmana ne može garantovati mesto. To je parking gde može da se parkira bilo ko i za mojih 10 dana boravka, bio je uglavnom zauzet. Meni je problem rešio izvesni gospodin Jovo, i dozvolio mi besplatno parkiranje ispred njegovog apartmana. Na 50m se nalazi i plaćeni parking od 5€ po danu za auto. Mislim da 50€ za 10 dana nije previše za ograđeni parking. Sve u svemu preporučujem boravak u ovom apartmanu."

"The apartment is located in the upper area of Orahovac, in the first floor of the host building. There is a parking place. The host is very friendly and will assist with any issues or question you might have. I had problems with rental car, they assisted me to start the car. The apartment is good for the price, small, but have all what is needed for a stay, refrigerator, stove, kettle, storage area, power outlets, have a small sitting area outside. Very close to the beach, restourants and cafes, less than 5 minutes of walking to water. Plenty of Taxi nearby, and a small bus station. There is a small market in Orahovac, and a bigger one 5 minuted driving. We very enjoyed our 5 night stay, close to the beach, short drive to Kotor."

Modern, airy, beautiful sunset, sea…whoever cleans this apartment I must say a big thank you! Everything is spotless! Bedding is crispy clean, white and smells heavenly! The owner, Dritan, is so helpful, welcoming and friendly, you feel like a family has welcomed you to their home! First night Dritan ordered food for us from local restaurant, La Tavola. We enjoyed delicious food delivered to our apartment, ate mouthwatering orada / sea bream! This is definitely a place you need to visit, I’m sure it won’t be a one time thing!"
