"Близкое расстояние до пляжа, рядом променад, продуктовые магазины, рестораны, аптека и автобусная остановка. Около дома находится кафе с готовой едой, где можно покушать на месте или взять еду с собой. Была возможность раннего заезда и позднего выезда из квартиры . Всё было хорошо продуманно для комфортного проживания ."

"The location is very good. There are lots of restaurants, caffes and shops. The sea is in 15 minutes of walking - that's rather close to the sea, and also that's rather far from the sea that you can breathe well, it's not very wet. Of course, there are some unbuilt houses around, it spoils view a little bit, but for me it was ok, especially because they stopped all building works while tourists were having rest there. The appartment is wide, light and clean. It has a cozy terrast. Also it's cool that you have enter directly to the swimming pool. Water in it is very clean, they filtered it enough. The street shower is warm. There are clean bed sheets and towels, also a hair dryer. You need to take care of soap, shampoo and washing powder. The host is very friendly woman. She is ready to help to get to know something, she helps with everything that you need. If we are going to Ulcin again, we will stay here again."

"This is the best-equipped house I've ever stayed in. It has absolutely everything. A wonderful barbecue area, the scent of pine trees, a lovingly designed interior, and peaceful surroundings. "Excelent starting point to walks in Biogradska gora. Simple but sufficient accomodation for all, who are looking for mountain peace. The owners are very kind and helpful people, who really care of you. If one wants warm personal treatment, this is the right place. You can buy meals, they serve very good homemade products from their own farm. But be carefull, the do not know something like appropriate portions, only huge ones :)"
