"A top notch establishment, despite what I recognise Novotel’s brand as being something of a budget chain in the UK, here in Monaco Novotel is something else entirely. Fine dining, exemplary service and high comfort and class. Parking was impressively spacious and clean, although slightly tight access and egress for sports and supercars, it’s entirely doable."

"Good location and it was chosen due to a seminar held at the hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly"

"On the first day there was a problem with the heating at the room. After an hour a technician came and told me there was no problem. I asked for his manager to come and when he came, he told me to wait for one more hour. AFter two hours in total, I called them again and finally they changed my room, upgrading it which was great. I just think I shouldn't wait for two hours freezing."
