"The accommodation is incredibly spacious, essentially a whole house with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room on the ground floor. It has also lovely rooftop terrace with a seating area. The accommodation is located in the complex with a reception, small shops and cafes and easy parking on the street inside the complex. The medina is just a 20-minute walk away through the Bab Kechich gate."

"The washing machine had some residue from washing powder, and we encountered some difficulty getting it to start. However, we managed to figure it out, and it worked fine in the end."

"The apartment was very big,clean. You can used everything in the house. There is a supermarket in the neighborehood,and some restaurants. Importantly airport is not so far. Near Medina and Souq and some other tourist places. Brahim is like the caretaker of the tenant or tourist stays in this apartment. He is such a nice person,he can arrange everything to the tenant. Asking us everytime if everything is okay."

"Since its a little cold when we came. The house was also cold. Maybe if you could add portable heater in every room. 😊 But so far we dont have any problem. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Residence sécurisée avec piscine, commerces et restaurants dans la résidence (très pratique pour petit déjeuner et dîner au calme après une journée d'excursion ) Appartement très spacieux avec terrasse, riad style marocain A 15 min en taxi de la place jemaa el fnaa, sinon possible à pied par la porte Bab Kechiche Nous avons pris une excursion a l Ourika dans une des petites agences de la résidence : sécurisant et pratique , bon accueil"

"Riad traditionnel avec plusieurs étages (1 chambre par etage) cela veut dire monter-descendre... Beaucoup de monde dans les 4 piscines Pas de clim dans une des chambres, juste un ventilateur"

"Riad spacieux, agréable et propre. Plusieurs salles de bain. Piscine, commerces, et snacks dans la résidence. Terrasse. Machine à laver pratique pour un milieu de séjour."

"Difficile de donner une heure d'arrivée lorsque l'on est en sejour itinérant, La personne qui nous a accueilli, nous attendait depuis 2h et était donc pressée (agréable mais pressée). Les explications ont été rapides et succintes. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de demander des serviettes pour la piscine. La dame qui entretient le Riad est arrivée à 9h. Nous n'étions pas prêt. Elle a gentillement attendu. En dehors de ces petits problèmes de timing, tout était très bien."
