"Perfect location in the heart of the medina. We stayed on the top floor and had a balcony with a view of the square filled with cafés and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, service-oriented, friendly, kind-hearted, and always made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The manager was always in a good mood, hospitable, and made us feel like part of the family. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Essaouira. Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was!"
