"Stayed at Riad Norma recently and it was fantastic from start to finish. The riad is in an excellent location, easy to reach yet tucked away from the Medina chaos—perfect for exploring Fes on foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.Our room was lovely: spacious, beautifully decorated in authentic Moroccan style, with comfy bedding. The amazing breakfast! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fes."

From the moment we arrived, Younes and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome — warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast is amazing: fresh, generous, and delicious, the perfect way to start the day. The riad itself is beautiful, calm, and impeccably cared for, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore while still enjoying peace and comfort. I would 100% recommend this riad and would gladly stay here again. Truly a special place."

"This was the best riad of our 10day trip in Morocco. The staff are A+ and it felt luxury. The room had everything we could need to make the stay comfortable. They thought of little details like having a small space heater in the bathroom to make sure that area was warm during the cold month of January when we stayed. The amenities were of nice quality. I enjoyed the breakfast we had, from the fresh orange juice to the lovely cooked eggs. The pool looked like it would be refreshing in the hotter months. The ambiance of the property gave luxurious feels. We didn't hear any noises when we were in our room from outside nor from any breakfast setup. The staff were super helpful calling a restaurant to ensure we had a porter come collect us for dinner so we wouldn't get lost."

"We had a wonderful stay in December: our room was very private and spacious, the room also had a heater. The Riad itself was so beautiful and “grande”: tall ceilings, fireplace, ornaments, columns, looked like a part of a castle. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend"

"One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Lovely Riad with beautiful rooms just out the centre of the Medina. Lovely breakfast provided, the best of anywhere we stayed in Morocco. About 15 minutes walk to the main souks so slightly quieter around this area which we appreciated. The people working there were especially lovely and extremely helpful with recommendations"

"Yunus and the cook were amazing, and the house cats really cute. The location of the riad was a short walk to the Medina, and close to a main gate access. My room was massive and the aircon worked really well. There are some great spots to eat in the back streets close by."

"It was very hot during our stay (40+) so the walk to and from the blue gate for eating and exploring a couple of times a day became challenging. We mostly caught taxis (cheap) from Bab Ziat to save our energy for exploring the inner medina."
