"We really enjoyed this Riad. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was just amazing, with many delicious dairy-free options; we liked the fact that every day was a bit different. The structure was very characteristic with typical decorations, suggestive lighting and jasmine perfume. The position is very central in the Medina- the street of the Riad is very quiet but in just one minute you find yourself right in the Main Street. We 100% recommend it!"

"Great place to stay. Yes, its old and shabby. The glory of old days gone. But is that not a something very authentic and very local. With all that Casablanca spirit in it? Friendly staff will make your stay special. Place is safe and clean. Its not a 5star place, and needs renovation, but then all the spirit of old Casablanca will disappear... Breakfast is ok, good pastry choice, but if you're English breakfast lover, you'll be disappointed. Ask for an omelette. The chap is nicest person on the planet will meke it for you. Location - depends what you're looking for. For me- was proximity to Port Train station and Marche / Medina. 5 min walk to both. I would stay again. Thank you to all staff members."

"Even if the apartment is located in a building dating probably from the 1980s in Ville Nouvelle, a lot of effort has been made to recreate the atmosphere of a luxury dwelling in the Medina. Excellent location: train station can be reached even on foot in 15-20 minutes, while Borj Fes shopping mall (with a big Carrefour supermarket open till 10 PM) is also a 15 minutes walk away. Petit taxi rank is almost in front of the house. Good interaction with Mr.Abdel who acts as caretaker; he lives on the floor bellow, speaks a fluent French and English and is always ready to help you (he can also find the car and the driver for excursions around Fes at a reasonable price). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, suitable for some light cooking. Excellent WiFi."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Rural location only a short ride into central Marrakesh, but so peaceful & Relaxing & away from the crowds. Mustafa, Ahmed & all the staff were so lovely. We couldn't have wished for more. Breakfast was delicious, fresh squeezed orange juice, Moroccan mint tea, amazing local bread, cheese, omelette & loads of fantastic local pancakes & crumpets & Danish pastries. Lunch & evening meals were a good choice of local & typical menu, Tagines, Pasta, burgers, all home made & lots of choice & delicious deserts too. Can highly recommend the local Moroccan wine too. Do try Ahmed's long island iced cocktail fantastic."

"Everything! From Geoffrey's warm greeting when he first opened the door to his absolutely stunning home to his recommendations, chats and delicious breakfasts. He and Mourad were the best hosts, friends and welcomed us so warmly into their home, that made us feel like we were in a home away from home. We had the absolute best of times here in Fes due to them and can't thank them enough. If you are wondering where to stay, don't look any further! Our favourite stay of our trip and we will hope one day to be back! So peaceful, relaxing and stunningly restored riad."
