"Kaip ir visuose tarybinio laikotarpio statytuose namuose nėra ventiliacijos. Tad vasara reikėtu nors ventiliatoriaus. Kada saulėti karšti orai, tai balkone pasidaro dar karščiau, nes plastikinė balkono danga labai kaista ant saulės. Bet su tuo, manau, nieko padaryti negalima, kaip jau yra, taip ir bus."

"Property is located in a Soviet looking building, but the interior is neat and well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. We did the laundry, which was a very helpful thing in a long trip, and the host, despite not speaking any English, was very friendly and helpful and responsive."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
