"Nuostabus personalas. Paaiškino kur galiu priparkuoti automobilį, padėjo susinešti daiktus, padėjo susidaryti maršrutą pasivaikšiojimui. Rekomendavo nuostabų itališką restoranėlį ir net užrezervavo staliuką. Lovos buvo patogios, jaukus nors ir nedidelis kambariukas, pusryčiams rado ir vaikai ką pavalgyti. Labai patiko, kad kavos aparatas yra nuolat prieinamas ir personalas net pasiūlo pasivaišinti kava ir paaiškina kad vaikams yra karšto šokolado."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely, and everything was clean. The location is perfect, only a 5 mins walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to the Old Town. Free breakfast offered a variety of pastries, bread, cheese, cold cuts, and eggs. Complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water are available at all times, which was a really nice touch. All these small details made my stay extremely pleasant. Honestly, other hotels should look to this one as a standard of hospitality!"

(Public transportation in Luxembourg is free so tram and buses great from Bristol. Coffee machine and bottle water free in lobby. Excellent breakfast. My room was, as I expected, although I'd come from a apartment hotel previous."

"The hotel is very well located, walking distance from both the central station and city center. Also there are many restaurants and shops around. Rooms are abit small for longer stays but very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and included to the room price."
