As female tourists who do not speak the local language, we especially appreciated how he went out of his way to ensure our safety and comfort. His support gave us real peace of mind. He even kindly helped arrange the return of a charger we had forgotten at the hotel, which we truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the experience and would happily recommend this hotel."
