"The restaurant was not bad, bathtub in the room was amazing, staff was quite helpful (for Kazakh standards). The bed and size of the room was great, too, there is tea and water, so overall the room is really good."

"There was a stuffy smell in the corridor. Sometimes you had to ask several times to get your room cleaned. Do not go to the massagist! She is horrible. Bad massage (not strong at all, if you have real problems she is worth nothing), she is overpriced, giving you fake medical analysis which is totally out of place, plus she is even selling really bad overpriced products. Shampoo etc supposedly from France - it is very bad."
