"First of all the reception staff. They were very hospitable and always willing to help me during my stay of 4 weeks. Cleaning ladies and the lady who is running the restaurant were also friendly and doing a great job. The room was good, clean, with shower and bath, exact what I neeeded. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants, Cheonan sportsfield voor running and a short taxi ride to the city center (near Shinsegae). I felt at home!"

"Nothing. Except maybe a washing machine and dryer for long stay guests but they helped me out with the laundry but that would have been little more easy."

"I paid a good price voor a very clean and comfortable hotel. The room felt much more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. The Korean breakfast tasted very good, the continental breakfast part was very basic."

"Anche se classificato solo come due stelle, è stato uno degli hotel più puliti e ordinati in cui abbia soggiornato in Corea. La camera era attrezzata con tutto il necessario – perfino una piastra per capelli, un armadio igienizzante LG e un televisore enorme! Si trova in una stradina un po’ nascosta, ma una volta entrati, ci si dimentica subito del contesto esterno. Davvero promosso."

"Bon rapport qualité prix surtout avec parking disponible et gratuit mais il ne faut pas arriver trop tard car les places sont limitées et dans les rues c'est compliqué car c'est une zone avec beaucoup d'hôtels. Hôtel calme et propre. Taille chambre correcte mais sans plus."

"The staff members that assisted me with check in were very helpful, nice and very accommodating. We had originally booked a room with a single bed but last minute decided to change to a room with two beds. The staff member at check in gladly helped us change and upgrade our original Superior Double Room booking to a Junior Suite, which they also generously offered a discount on the upgrade. The process/communication was great, the staff spoke good/very acceptable and understandable English. The room we stayed in was very big, nice and clean. There are quite a few good restaurants near/around the hotel location. Also there’s a decent restaurant in the hotel building on the second floor which was a convenient option for a closer lunch or dinner. As well there is a nice cafe connected right next to the hotel building at the ground floor which was great for grabbing drinks or a quick bite/dessert."
