"Great location to eateries, markets and transport. Room was spacious and comfortable and always well cleaned everyday. Counter staff were efficient and polite. When our door battery was not working, they resolved it immediately after ascertaining the issues. They also ensured we got a cab at 5am in the morning and personally went out to the roadside to wait with us! Have already made plans to return to the hotel when we visit Busan again soon!"

"The staff were very friendly and ordered a taxi to take us around for three hours. We didn’t mind forgoing the govt subsidy as we wanted to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel. We also liked the two convenience stores, esp the one on the lobby floor. The cafe was very gd too- Twosome Place. There were amazing seafood restaurants next to the hotel that were open for dinner on a Wed night during winter. Unforgettable snow crab n jumbo shrimps with sashimi and tempura. The beach is just opposite the hotel and you can see it from ocean view rooms."
