"Friendly staff, they stored our luggage, small but functional apartments. We were assigned a room in a building a couple of minutes away from the main one. However it was still nice. Just a few minutes from metro station and Hongdae street."

"The hallways of the building were not clean, as was the apartment itself - especially the bathroom."

"Staff friendly super accommodating and can speak multiple languages, so it's easy to check in. Rooms are good size and tidy with everything you need easily accessible in a good location"

"Location is amazing! It's totally what a Korean room looks like for students a d single persons. It's wide, big window, kitchen and it's own laundry machine!"

"Not for me cause I lived in Korea for a while. But I think the staff should explain to other foreign staff how to use the floor heating system or the shower. If not you may end waking up in a sauna or taking freezing cold showers all time. (Specially in Winter)"

"The caretakers are friendly..near station and the best part is there‘s escalator so we dont hv to drag our luggage up and down the station"

"The location is amazing with a lot of restaurants and cafes. It's also about a 10 minute walk from Hongdae station and the airport line which is very convenient. The room was small but very cozy, warm and clean! I would stay here again!"

"The room is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, keep it in mind if you have a lot of heavy bags or if you are older. Personally, I didnt have a problem."

"Clean, warm and cosy. Amazing location. Great amenities like washing machine, kitchenette with everything available to use these things like detergent, trash bags, fresh towels etc for free - all very useful for a long stay. It was like a tiny apartment."

"The room was a good size. We had a family room, which had 2 separate rooms with locks and a little communal kitchen area. This was great as we were travelling as a couple and a friend, so it allowed us all a good amount of privacy but we were still close. The room was clean and had instructions of how to use heating and air con. Staff also were so lovely and came to greet us even though we arrived late in the evening. It’s a close distance to Hongdae subway station and not far from the streets, which we loved. We also stayed close to Halloween and they decorated the reception area downstairs which was so cute!"
