Everything one might need for a comfortable stay is generously provided including decaffeinated coffee pods and fizzy drinks and daily replenishing of bottles of water and coffee pods! The laundry area is a dream! Clean, very well provisioned. Only lacking an iron. Water pressure was very good."

The outdoor pool wasn't in operation/empty - understandable since it was just off-season (May 21st) or mechanical issues might have been the problem... but it is in their description: Bayhill Pool and Spa. Tip to Bayhill: Would've appreciated bike rentals at Bayhill to ride JeJu's "fantasy" bike trail. (fyi - There's no bike rental outfit anywhere close by and, even then, it was a hidden back-road mom/pop shop. Nobody was there and the bikes were in really bad shape)."

"The hotel was a uniquely designed state of the art building with generous apartments and villas. We stayed in a modern apartment with two bedrooms and a huge terrace with jacuzzi that we loved. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was great we could wash our clothes in the laundry room for free. You can also lend board games from the reception. The public spaces were beautiful and the restaurant quite nice."

"They should invest more in the gym. There was only pure cardio equipment. No weights, bands or other equipment. Also their restaurant already closed at 8pm - maybe because it was off season."

"We enjoyed heating the private swimming pool for our kids, who could play all afternoon in water. There is a lot of space to accommodate everybody in the family, to play or to relax. The restaurant is expensive for Korea but has great options and delicious meat."

"I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside."

"I didn't like the location of the hotel, I and my partner were going to Udo, and it was far. Despite the location, I personally think this property is outstanding and is worth the time to stay and take a taxi to anywhere else."

"I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries."
