"Very nice room (ground floor) with semi private bathroom. Good size. Owner very helpful, when you call. Laundry 200 som/load. Nice sheltered space for outdoor dining and bike storage. Nice omelet and community vibes for breakfast."

"Power blackout for eight hours, currently alot of construction on the entrance road making it harder to access. Kitchen is small and awkward to navigate during breakfast hours."

"Clean, quiet and very spacious rooms. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants. Excellent value for money and would absolutely recommend."

"The owner is attentive & flexible to add more nights in reservation, also speaks Spanish if you need it. Location a bit far from city center, but easy to find transport, such as marshutka 135 from Vakzal or suleiman mountain. The house have various bathrooms, kitchen for cook and dry area. Good breakfast."

Breakfast is nice, the owner's son managed everything and speaks good English, we met many nice travellers from everywhere, and it was nice to share some moments and tips with them. It's a nice place to stay, we recommend it. It's a bit far from the center, but in Yandex or walking, it's quite easy to do everything."

"The staff was very helpful and nice. Some speak perfectly fine English (which is rare in the area) and when we asked them if it's possible to book a extra night it was no problem."

"The shower has some problems with the water and is a bit illogically arranged. Besides that the wifi didn't work in most of the city but the staff was very helpful about that."
