"The staff make this hotel excellent. They are superb and so friendly. Special mention to Liz who was so helpful but the whole team were as well - I just didn’t get all of their names. All of the guys working there were amazing. The guys working in the attached restaurant were also very friendly. The room is a good size and the hotel is well located. It is possible to walk to the old town but take a tuk tuk which are cheap as the Mombasa heat is crazy. Bathroom good as well and the hotel has air con - super important in Mombasa."

"Nothing really but as minor comments, there was no mosquito net and whist the Wi-Fi was usually very good, it could sometimes be slow in the evenings."

"The staff at the reception are so caring..i went there feeling unwell and they took care of me very well. The food is just the best. The air conditioner is on another world. The bathtub came in handy given the heat around mombasa."
