"リビングがとても広く6人でもとても快適に過ごせました。 清掃用具も揃っており食器類も全て揃っていて助かりました！寝室も4部屋あり大人数でも大丈夫でした！また機会があったら是非行きたいです♪海まで歩いてすぐなのも魅力的でした！アメリカヴィレッジまでは歩くと27分だったのでちょっとかかるかな！"

"房間很足夠，共有4個房間，床很舒適，洗衣後衣架很夠用，用餐空間也夠大，只住宿一晚，行李放在客廳打開，空間也還可以"

"舒適整潔，備品一應俱全，有洗衣機和烘衣機，還附上洗衣精可以把玩水後的衣物洗乾淨再回家真是太棒了。離海邊的公園很近，早上散步慢跑還遇到社區的可愛長輩們在做體操，很chill的地方 門口的停車位至少可以提兩台車，隔壁的Taco店也很好吃"

"1) 房屋接近美國村, 駕車去美國村只需5分鐘, 駕車去北面的景點也很方便. 2) 房屋保養很好 , 屋內設施新簌和清潔 , 廚房餐具齊全. 3) 飯廳長檯足夠十多人一齊用餐. 4) 每個房間可以擺放兩個行李箱."

"If you prefer to stay close to Uehara port (where most of the restaurants are and which most of the excursions offer as one of the pickup points) than the location is simply perfect - less that ~100m from the local bus stop (running just 4 times daily though) and less than ~200 m fro the port. Initially were eying something more hotel like (due to arrival times convenience etc.) but as it seems than most of the accommodation on the island is of very similar condominium type anyway, and at TANDI GA TANDI we just got more privacy around our unit then on more pricey hotels nearby. So, to summarise - fast and convenient check-in, friendly owner, size and comfort of the unit well exceeded our expectations, and possibly close to the best type of accommodation you on Iriomote can got. Highly recommended and would gladly book the place again if an opportunity to revisit the island arises."

"We highly recommend this place 1. The location is great. There are supermarkets, 24H restaurants, 7-11, both train stations (JR Itabashi and Metro Shin-itabashi), and many shops. They are in 1-3 minutes walking distance. 2. We have stayed in 3 places in Tokyo. They are all 30sqmt. This one is double size than the other 2 places. There are 2 big bedrooms. A big kitchen, big bathroom, big balcony, big laundry place. We wash a lot of clothes at night. They all dry the next morning. 3. It is in the city center. It is very easy to reach any places in the city. Super clean. Super quiet. We stay 3 nights (25-27 in 07.2024) with 4 people. 4. The beds are very comfortable. 5. There are many coin lockers in almost every train station (both JR and metro). You can easily put your luggage there once switching to another new place. We will take this one again for sure when we visit Tokyo again."
