"The hotel staff to start with were really friendly, professional and very helpful and polite, they kept checking with me if I ever need anything. The hamam facilities were lush and by the way they have a separate facility for men and women in different floors it’s open everyday from 10-7 and u can use The facilities for free and if you wanted any treatment, then it’s a little extra which is still very reasonably priced and very nice the girls who worked at the hamam are all very friendly and professional. Room rate included breakfast at the café on the second floor where an added bonus they have a Fresh oven where they can bake for you very tasty maneesh, station for omelette or any other kind, hot and cold buffet and the selection of salad chips and bread again the atmosphere in the café is very energetic. There are so many people there who comes even from outside the hotel to enjoy the breakfast and it always feels very nice."

"It is further from the centre then thought. Can be an hour in traffic but taxis are cheap. It is a traditional jordanian hotel.with separate swimming pool for men and women. As a western couple we wanted to use the facilities together but couldn't and we booked it specifically for the swimming pool so it was disappointing."

"An absolute gem and oasis at the end of a sandy, hot and brilliant tour of Jordan. Exceptional and amazing value. Constant surprises and little things like the free mini bar, outstanding breakfast and the incredible spa. Recommend the Moroccan bath! Staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Uber really easy to use to get around. Breakfast box was provided when checked out for airport. Airport only 30 mins away! Shower amazing and bed was sooo comfy. A MUST stay on an Amman visit. The cafe is worth a visit too for dinner - amazing fresh pizza, salad and milkshakes."
