"Our flight arrived at 3am and the Marriott (which we chose because of the convenience of the location for us) was fully booked on the night we arrived. We booked a room for the following night and requested an early check in. When we arrived from our flight at 6am we were able to check in and given access to our room which made such a difference to us. This exceptional service was so much more meaningful than the usual 5* frills. Outstanding."

"All things was good, the hotel was luxury thing and wifi was 10/10, food 10/10 the arabic staff was a little rude but the asian staff was really awesome and very kind, the room service was 10/10 and i really like the hotel"

"The price booking.com quoted to us before we left was not the same when we got to the hotel. I was charged more £620.18 instead of JOD 480 (was JOD 386). I would like a refund of the extra I paid as I don't think it was fair to change the price I was quoted before arriving in Jordan. The receptionist on duty on arrival was rude because we showed him the price we booked on booking.com but he wasn't having it and raised his voice at me because I tried to argue that there was a price mismatch here. In the end, as I was tired I had to pay the difference because it was really late checking in but I was not happy at all about this dubious behaviour. All I can say is to be mindful that prices might change on arrival and you end up paying more than anticipated."
