Rooms at Locanda Delle Acque are set on 3 floors of a town house with no lift. All have classic furnishings and a TV. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and toiletry set. When booking a room set in the main building a sweet breakfast of jam, bread and croissants is included. Waterbuses to Santa Lucia Train Station and Piazzale Roma Transport Hub stop at the nearby Rialto Bridge. Please note that construction works are taking place nearby [8:00 to 17:00] and the Double / Twin Room - Quadruple Room with Terrace and Canal View may be subject to noise and disturbed views from scaffolding.

"Labai gera lokacija. Seno pastato autentika. Kambario langas į vidinį kiemą, buvo ramu. Buvo oro kondicionierius, bet mums neprireikė. Švaru, tvarkinga. Malonūs šeimininkai. Keliavom kovo pradžioje, kambarys šiltas. Pusryčiai: kava, sultys, granola, bandelė, skrebutis su džemu."

"Great location near Realto Bridge. Clear instructions on how to get to the property for self check in. The room is basic but has all that is required for a few nights in Venice."
"There is no lift and the staircases were quite narrow so be prepared if travelling with large suitcases. However, this was communicated beforehand and was not a surprise. Communication with the staff was also somewhat difficult due to language barrier. No mosquito nets and mosquitos were in the room so perhaps bug stray or similar could be provided."
