The Hotel Traube is located right in the historic center of Brixen, just a few steps from the Diocesan Museum Hofburg Brixen and the old town. The property features a large Mediterranean garden with an outdoor pool (May–October) and a cozy garden bar. Every morning from 07:30, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with regional and homemade products. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Cyclists can use a lockable bike storage room, and e-bikes can be charged subject to availability. At check-in, guests receive the BrixenCard, which offers many benefits, including free use of public transport, admission to selected museums, access to the Acquarena swimming pool, and—depending on the travel period—included cable cars. Private parking spaces (for a fee) are located about 350 m from the hotel and must be reserved in advance.

"The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre and sights of Brixen. The garden and pool are beautiful but unfortunately we weren't able to swim because the weather was showery and cool."
"The breakfast room was rather too cramped when full with particularly heavy, unsuitable chairs with large arms which were difficult to get in and out of. Our room overlooked the road and we were woken by children and parents going to school early each morning. The Reception lady leaves for the night at 9pm, which we weren't aware of when the drive through the Brenner Pass in the rain took longer than expected. I now realise I should have made her aware, but when I've done this at other hotels, they have told me not to bother."
"Very friendly and helpful stuff. We had to leave early in the morning, and they let us have breakfast at 7. There is a possibility to reserve a parking space nearby. The hotel is close to the city center, and the neighborhood is very clean."

The room was spacious and beautiful with a comfortable bed, breakfast delicious and we enjoyed the little details that made it special, like sage butter, fresh herbs and homemade cake. Plenty of glutenfree options too. The garden is absolutely wonderful."
"Not a problem per-se, but something to note for travellers looking for quiet and relaxation: the hotel seems to attract a lot of families with younger children. So, while the garden/ pool look idyllic on the pictures, they can get quite busy."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Rotonda. We stayed in room 208, which had a large balcony on the pool side. This is a 3-star hotel, but the family's kindness, the quality of the food, and their passion for accommodating their guests are worth 4 stars - even 5! We had dinner one evening by the pool, and when I made a comment about the mosquitoes, they immediately brought us some very good mosquito spray. Try the waffles at breakfast - they are soooo good! :) The food in the restaurant is also delicious. We highly recommend eating in. When we come back to this region, we know where we'll be staying. Arrivederci!"

"The staff were very welcoming, showed us around the grounds and encouraged to relax, leaving the formal check-in until we settled in. The camping is right on a sandy beach. The pool is a big size, the splash water facilities for the kids were a treat. Lots of shaded parking space on site. The gardens smell of jasmin, was pretty special. There are 2 restaurants on site. 10% discount on food for guests."
