"We could hear people in the room next door talking and not muffled sounds. It sounded like they were in our room with us. Lighting in the room was incredibly poor, dimly lit was the only option and didn't help to see anything. Bathroom is incredibly small, no shelf for toiletries. As others have said, the host and the staff are not the friendliest, with the exception of the team running breakfast in the mornings."

"Book the junior suite with mountain view, it's incredible. I was blown away by the room. It was huge, with a day bed by the window and a really comfortable bed. It felt very swiss in its amenities and vibe. The view was outstanding. The bathroom so beautiful. I really loved this room and hotel."

"Everything was perfect. Very nice hotel, super comfy and clean. The staff was soo kind. Location of the hotel is perfect - few steps to bus stop, town center, supermarket nextdoor,... and the view from our balcony was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic - everything fresh and tasty, great selection plus freshly made eggs upon request. The only thing we missed for breakfast was fresh vegetable. We realy enjoyed our stay and felt really welcome there."

"Nothing was really wrong - only few details that could improve our stay. We would appreciate air-condition or fan at the room since it was quite hot weather. At least small light on the balcony would be fine. And bigger trash can in the room would be useful. But these are all just minorities that didn't spoil our stay in any way. :)"

"We chose Dobbiaco as an alternative to Cortina we were happy with our choice. It was close to lake di braies, lake dobbiaco and tre cimi by car. Dobbiaco is also great for tre cimi as there is a direct bus which was right next door to the hotel (does need to be to be prebooked). The hotel itself is close to the town centre and multiple walkable cafes, restaurants and grocery store. The hotel was clean with spacious rooms and great balcony. We didn’t realise we had breakfast included so unfortunately missed a day. We loved it the other times as the dining area was modern and clean, with a good variety. You also have the option to ask for a cappuccino or eggs the way you like. Another standout at the hotel was receptionist/concierge Alek. He was helpful when we first arrived but remembered things we had asked and checked in to see if they had been done."
