"Staff is very friendly, dinner was really delicious. They are flexible. Could not catch up for breakfast and later they made me coffee and sweets before leaving. Felt Really warm there, really nice hotel… grazie! Mountains from the balcony, parking in the garage… 💯🫶"

"Where do I start: the inside of the building is extremely old, the elevator only works to go up but not to go down, the entire wall of the bathtub/shower in the bathroom had mold all over it, the bed and pillows were extremely hard and thin, and the SPA was unavailable, and breakfast was only from 8h - 9h. We had to ask for breakfast at 7h, which they did accommodate. The cost was very expensive versus other superior 3 star hotels in the area."
"Bell'Hotel nei pressi del centro di San Martino di Castrozza. L'accompagnamento verso le piste da sci e il recupero a fine giornata con il pulmino dell'albergo è molto comodo. La SPA è piccolina ma tutta in legno, carinissima. Buona colazione e buona cena."
