Set in the heart of Courmayeur, Hotel Crampon provides a free shuttle bus to the Mont Blanc ski area. It has a pretty garden and serves a breakfast of homemade jams and cakes each morning. "While the service to the lifts with private vehicle was great and efficient it stopped late morning and didnt restart until 3pm, so if you wanted to come off the mountain earlier for any reason, choices to return to the hotel were limited to a lengthy walk with all your kit."
