"One of the best things about this place is the reception staff. They were wonderful during both shifts very kind, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warm and professional attitude makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and truly makes you like the place. The place itself is very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and help you have a good, restful sleep. The rooms are very clean, and there is reliable hot water, which is very important. There is also an elevator, which makes moving around the building easy and convenient. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Erbil, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"The room was clean for affordable price. The staff was very helpful although not everyone speak English. The location is near from airport and near from city center. My room wasn’t have window but they offered me update. So if you want to have room with windows you should book room with view."
