"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

"I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! The property is welcoming, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the very first moment, always available without ever being intrusive. My room was bright, spacious, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is excellent: easy to get around, close to the main points of interest, and well connected by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is a small hotel in a superb location with colourful gardens and excellent views. The friendly and hard working staff were extremely helpful, and the owner Primus met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel, for a pre-arranged fee. This made our arrival so much easier and stress free. He also arranged car rental for us which was excellent value. There's a nice lounging area overlooking the bay, good for watching sunsets, and a refreshing pool. Home cooked food available lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed a most memorable and relaxing stay."

"It was very uncomplicated to get the keys. Plenty of parking nearby. The bathroom was spacious, the location was clean. The building has old roots and the main building was a makeshift hospital during the Battle of Waterloo, which added to the charm."

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

The swimming pool very small though they have much space

"Patogios lovos, minkšta patalynė. Didelės erdvės ne kambaryje, kur galima leisti laiką. Puiki virtuvė su visais reikalingais prietaisais, nemokama kava/arbata. Virtuvėje palikta prieskonių, aliejaus, galima gamintis patogiai vakariene ir pusryčius. Puiki terasa ant stogo, bet tik tuo atveju, jei pasitaikys geras oras."

Mažas kambarėlis 4 asmenims, atsivežus lagaminą nebelieka vietos ant grindų. Miestukas neturi normalios parduotuves, tai maistu reikia jau buti pasirupinus jau atvykstant.

"I had a comfortable night here. The accommodation had a nice open-air eating area with a bar. The staff were kind and helpful. It is very conveniently located for the lakeside and ferry terminal."

"Location is at walking distance from many points of interest. Room has a little kitchen with stove and small refrigerator. There is no Coffee maker though. Room has A/C, hot water, TV with Netflix. It is a good choice for the price and it is comfortable. It is also very quiet."

It said had parking included but you need to park on the street or pay a parking lot. Besides the guy that received us for the check-in never saw anyone else in the front desk during our stay to ask questions or guide us on anything. Other than that the place is good to stay and will definitely go back

"We stayed here for the second time and we love it. Bungalows are set in dense beautiful garden. The food is amazing. The stuff is very nice. A bit off the WNT trail, but worth it."

The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to organize all my trips both around town and further afield. "I loved the charm & atmosphere of the Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were nice & comfy. If anything a ceiling fan would be nice, just cause it got quite warm in the room. But otherwise ir was lovely."

I usually wouldn't stay in anything with a shared toilet & bathroom but it was fine & very clean.
