"From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, the service was exceptional. The duty manager and the team handling room allotments were especially attentive and made us feel truly welcomed. I had planned this stay as a birthday surprise for a family member, and everything was arranged so thoughtfully. The one-night experience was crafted to perfection, and to our delight, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake. "Breakfast was great & had variety of options for everyone like North Indian, SouthIndian, continental etc. Area was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful from front desk to room service, Staff (person) who was at pool area , breakfast area & front doormen all were very professional . I remember getting positive first impression from Neetu & Rani at front desk. Both made sure we had smooth & efficient check in & check out experience. Food was fresh and delightful."
"Swimming area pool bar was closed. Room had no snacks, no iron so had to request the iron. We were couple with 2 kids in a room. 4 people staying but facilities were only for 2 ( like towels, brush , 2 bottles of water instead of 4 , etc) And there were no bath Robs in the room. When I paid higher price for our hotel stay I expect higher expectations."
