"A great getaway in a tiny town called Herend (made famous for its Porcelain works). The property is family-owned, pet friendly, clean and exceptionally well maintained. Hosts are welcoming and kind. We were a group of 5 with a tiny puppy and had booked 2 separate rooms. However, the host kindly upgraded us to a suite with 3 bedrooms and a living area and 2 bathrooms. The garden and the surrounding facilities like the swimming pool were beautifully well kept and there is plenty of space to walk around and chill out. The location is close enough (30 mins drive) to Balaton lake, but not right in the middle of crowded tourist space. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!"

"Johny and his family are the perfect hosts and made me feel welcome straight away. Secure parking for my motorbike and the nicest room and accommodation I have stayed in on my europe tour! Lovely air conditioned room with super comfortable beds and fantastic gardens and a welcome swimming pool, perfect on a hot day. I ate fresh local food prepared by the family and it was delicious. I cannot rate this place to stay highly enough! If you don't book you will miss out on the best!! Thank you Johny and family for a wonderful stay."

"Everything was fine - cleanliness, parking, surroundings, WIFI, breakfast... I have to appreciate that the bathroom was also perfect - the shower door sealed well, so the water stayed inside and wasn't all over the floor. The owner is very friendly and communicative."
