Located just 50 metres from the sea, next to the popular Riva Promenade, Riva Rooms offers a location only a few steps from all major sites, including the UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen and living room equipped with a TV. All rooms feature carpeted floors, a wardrobe, a table and chairs. Some of them have a balcony while all units offer a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. Nearest restaurant and tavern are located right in front of Rooms Riva. A grocery store can be reached in 5 metres, while a fresh food market is about 200 metres away. The entire Old Town area, reachable in a couple of steps, offers various galleries, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Cultural events are often held there during the summer months. The Peristil Square and entrance to the Diocletian Palace can be reached in 100 metres. Forrest-park Marjan can be reached on 300 metres. It offers numerous cycling and hiking paths, while the observation point offers beautiful views of Split Town. Main Bus and Railway Station can be reached in 400 metres, while the Ferry Port is situated right next to them. Boats to surrounding islands of Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis and Korčula leave daily from Split Harbour.

Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."

"It was clean, close to the centre (about 10 min walk), and everything you might need during your stay. • Showers: clean, quite modern and comfortable. You can lock the shower door and shower safely. • Beds: one pillow, one blanket, comfortable and big enough. Didn't make sounds and overall it was a good night sleep. Of course as you see from the photos there are no curtains so maybe that could be a privacy issue for some, but we were fine • It's warm and quite. We travelled in January and it was good • U have cabinets to lock your stuff in, not a huge space but it was enough for us (two backpackers) • Sinks and mirrors in the bathroom : a lot of it, all clean, water is drinkable from the tap"
