"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

No cell service in Philipsburg ... wifi in apartment but that didn't help with navigation - but figured navigating out fast enough.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Pusryčiai norėtųsi kad būtų ilgiau. Kai buvome tai buvo nuo 7h iki 10h.

"Labai gražus ir jaukus viešutis, su gražia teritorija. Darbuotojai nuostabūs. Vieta puiki. Tikrai rinkčiausi vėl. Gal kiek per brangus kaip Zanzibarui. Bet čia nėra labai mažų kainų"

Yra smulkių pastebėjimų. Kondicionieriui reikia techninio aptarnavimo. Baterijų kondicionieriui. Čiužinys kiek išgulėtas. Ir maistas galėtų būti geresnis. Patarčiau imti šį viešbutį tik su pusryčiais, o pietauti ar vakarieniauti kitur.

The breakfast a bit poor

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

Shaky internet and the rooms abit small for the pricing.

"Location, right on a beautiful beach with soft sand and clear turquoise sea. Kind friendly helpful staff, large clean modern condo. Great food in the restaurant and such charming,friendly waiting staff."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"Gera lokacija, arti centro. Apartamentai tvarkingi erdvūs."

Prasti pusryčiai, nuolatos buvo problemos su kavos aparatu (tai kava baigės, tai valyt reikia ir pan). Maisto irgi atnešdavo labai ribotomis porcijomis, todėl nuolatos reikėdavo laukti tai vienų tai kitų produktų papildymo. Atrodė, kad pusryčiai šiek tiek neorganizuoti.
